Pregnant and being framed for fraud! Help!

I am currently 17 weeks pregnant, and being basically framed for taking $24,000 over a period of 8 months from the father of my baby's bank account. We still live together, are best friends, and am very close with his family. They all know that I did not do it, and I am also having a lot of problem's with my bank account. Such as someone using it in Texas while I am in AZ, change of address, phone number, ect which I did not do. It all lines up to me, but I am 100% innocent. He had to file a police report, and his dad and him went to talk to an attorney today to try and figure out what to do. Basically, if I pay him back the $24,000 even though I didn't do anything then he can call his bank and 'reword' it so that they drop the case. But if I can't pay him that then it is out of his hands and I could get 2 to 5 years in prison for something I did not do. Will they arrest me in AZ while pregnant, and if so what will happen to me? I am only 19 years old and scared out of my mind.

First of all, stop talking.
Anyone can be arrested, with a few exceptions, but pregnancy isn't one.
So, stop talking, admit to nothing, play dumb.
If you are arrested, don't talk to the police, except to provide, name, date of birth, address, and then ask for a lawyer.
You can't talk you way out of an arrest, only into a jail cell.
If you're arrested, be polite, remain calm, and wait.
You can call a bonding company and ask them what the cost of your bond would be if charged with crime XXXX.
If your record is clean, and because you're pregnant, you might get out on your own recognizance, promise to appear.
Then, obey all rules while on release on bond, stay out of any trouble, speak only to your lawyer (ask for a public defender), and WAIT silently!!!!!
You are INNCENT until the persecutor proves your guilt.
Don't help them by blabbing.
