Pregnant Minor rights

I'm 15 and pregnant. I don't want my daughter around my family, but I don't want to be separated from her and my fiancé which is who's house I want her to live at. What rights do I have is there anything I can do to be able to move in him? He is almost 17.

Since you got pregnant as a minor, it is exceedingly unlikely that a court will grant you emancipation since you clearly need greater supervision, not less. As such, you have to live where your parents say (or permit) until you are an adult at 18. When you are 18 you can take whatever mom and dad let you take with you and you can move in with your boyfriend ... assuming he is still waiting for you by then (statistics say not, but, you never know).

You are certainly free to grant custody of your baby to her father should you choose. But, then, YOU may not see your daughter all that often and if/when you two DO split, he'll likely have the upper hand being the custodial parent.

You made this bed, now you have to live in it.

So you are irresponsible and hate authority figures. Sorry, your bastard is proof you need more parental supervision not less. The last thing you need is more bed time with your boyfriend who is just as irresponsible as you. How are you planning on supporting your child, attending to your child and finishing school, without leaching off the welfare system?

There are no but-what-ifs here. Getting pregnant does not grant you any additional rights that a non-pregnant minor (or minor without a baby) does not have. If you didn't want your child around your family, you shouldn't have gotten pregnant until you were old enough to move out on your own without permission.

BTW, He's not old enough to move out without permission either.
