I am in a disagreement at my school where I am being accused of harassment over Facebook that took place about a year ago. I no longer use Facebook and do not have access to the messages. I am worried that the accuser is selectively choosing what messages to present in order to make me look like the sole aggresor, when in fact it was a mutual argument where both parties participated. Is it legal to selectively choose messages to present or do all available messages need to be shown?

Thank you.

You do not have to respond.
You are not required to admit you did or said anything.

That said, what does anything said on a social networking sight have to do with school? NOTHING!!!

Is this a high school or college?
Are you an adult?

If you're a child, have your parent speak for you.

You shouldn't answer anything unless they are present.

If you're an adult, never admit to anything.
