I was arrests and charged with possession and distribution of meth. My question is Pretrial services. In this country we are innocent until proven guilty, so is it legal or a violation of my rights to have to do drug testing before being found guilty?

I suggest you ask Pre-Trial Services WHY, HOW, etc.
Their reply could be related to your release on ROR and their obligation to see that you aren't breaking any laws.

I suspect you can REFUSE to be drug tested.
Should you REFUSE, I bet your bail is revoked and you find yourself back in COUNTY.
Bail is simply virtual incarceration.
