private car purchase seller did not tell what repairs where needed

I just purchased a used truck 1999 dodge ram 1500 for $1600. Seller posted ad on Craigs list stating truck runs great, drives and rides like new. I asked point blank any thing that needs to be fixed. After I purchased I brought to a shop and has multiple problems. All ball joints are bad, pitman arm is bad, gear box is bad and leaking, power steering pump is bad and leaking, oil pan is rotted and leaking, rear seal on pumkin is leaking. Do I have a case in small claims court. Yes I have the add from his posting on craigs list

"Rides like new" does not mean it doesn't have problems. The time to take it to a shop for an inspection was before you purchased it.

Realistically a 10 year old truck that only cost $1600 is quite likely going to need some repair.
