We live on a private road with 8 other families. Our survey states that our property encompasses the private road and about 2 feet beyond. The issue we have is that we have had a "celebrity" move in and the traffic has gotten out of hand, tourist, gauwkers, lots of foot traffic and vehicles turning around in our driveways (it is a dead end street). We would like to put up signs that state no trespassing/private property. There is one catch. we live in an association and they state that every one in the association has a right to use all lakes, roads , roadways and that we cannot do this. My deed states:
This conveyance is made subject to the following:
1. A right-of-way for passage by motor vehicles, horses, foot or otherwise to be used by lawrence B. his heirs and assigns and the party of the second part hereto, in common with others and which right of way is described as below:\
Beginning at point....

The person named Lawrence B. owes a local horseback riding stabel and her was involved when the subdivision was created.

Do we have any rights to prevent people from using the road other than the people that live on the road and the person and hi heirs specicially noted?

Also is it really a "road" or is it a "shared driveway:

Can deeds ever be changed? If we can prove that the excessive traffic is a danger and annoyance?

Thanks for any help.
