:p I am having problems with neighbors, trespassing, vandalism, ect but I have not been able to prove this. I am wanting to install an extensive Surveillance system of my property so I will no longer be without evidence. In order to cover all areas of my property, images of their property will be visible. What do I need to know to stay with in my legal rights? Are images of their property allowed, what about audio? If they do major property damage, or commit a crime I want to be sure that my surveillance would be admissible in a court of law.
Thank you

Taking pictures of their property without their permission could be considered eavesdropping (a crime in some jurisdictions).

Keep the cameras trained on your property.
