Hello i have a hearing coming up for my fathers estate i spoke with the clerk and he stated i could attend. my father made his will in october 2006 and 2 weeks later had a kidney removed he made his will because his doctor told him he may not survive. my father stated he fely like he was being mistreated by his brother who he left all to i have witnesses that he was going to change his will will i be able to present this info to the hearing and i will be bringing his siters who he confided in and told them he was being taken advantaged of! I havent been in my fathers life in 20 years due to sexual abuse i suffered when i was young but had just reuninted with him for the past 4 months and had reparied of relationship what can i do at the hearing should i write a letter to the court!
