Probate PR-1853 Form

My mother passed way and I was appointed special administrator of her estate which included no monies but a new house under construction.
The bank is willing to work with me on completion of the home .The title company would not insure the loan because of my short explanation of my specific powers stated on the PR-1853 and they need a more detail explanation of my powers. They need me to have powers stated to sign loan docs to complete and sell the home.

Go back to the court to ask for that specific language to be added to your charge. I would give more info but probate is one area I try to stay out of.
