Parole, Probation Probation violation on unsupervised probation

I was put on unsupervised probation last february, after a misdemeanor probation violation to finish out my term of probation. It will be up in February 2010 but not all of my fines will be paid off by then. Will i get yet another violation for non payment of fines?

You won't get a new violation... but it is possible they won't release you from probation until you pay up. More likely is that you will be released from probation and they will use other means to collect the money you owe.
