i was convicted of midemeanor resisting arrest and disturbing the peace.
I spent 6 days in jail before going to court then i was put on 3 years of informal probation.
i also had to complete 30 AA meetings and have the AA contact holding the meeting sign the cards given to me by the court. and also complete 10 hours of anger management.
i went back to court to submit the AA cards and i was told that the AA cards were questionable. they were i filled them out myself when i was working in Japan. but i insisted that i went to AA even though i didn't. the judge then requested that i fax the name address and ph# of my AA contact to him when i get back to Japan. i did that and then on the same day i checked my case status online and a bench warrant has been issued for me. what could the consequenses be for probation violation? and can they arrest me the airport for midemeanor bench warrant. this is my first offense.
