Okay I have probation in the state of Texas for theft it got extended because I went to jail again for the same charge both misdemeanor B.. I recently moved to Indiana and just recently got in trouble with the law for theft because I was put in a situation I didn't know how to get out of that was a misdemeanor A and I bonded out the day I got arrested I have court in March and was wondering what should I do not to get jail time will my p.o. In Texas find out instead of jail time can I suggest house arrest because I have a job and I'm currently getting inrolled in school

With your priors and active probation you should expect jail time. You can discuss the likely outcomes with your public defender when the time comes.
