I have a tenant that is two months behind in paying rent. I have started the step for eviction. The tenant has now threatened to not only destroy property but has also stated that they have seeked legal advice and can stay for an additional 60-90 days after being served and eviction notic with out paying anything. Is there anything I can do to get the tenant out and insure that I get paid and that the properrty is not harmed?
