Problem with a Forex broker, need help/advise

Hello all,

I would like a advise what to do about my situation.
I have opened a trading account, was traded curencies online.
About 5 weeks ago wanted to close my account and withdraw all the funds, but broker finding excuzes not to send me the money. I have tried email them several times, but with no luck.
I have saved all emails from them, and have documentations of my current account balance.

Anyone dealt with this type of problem before? Any suggestion, help would be appreciated.

So far not resolved the issue yet, they are always giving me excuzes, I have reported the issue with several canadian agencies hopefully they assist me to resolve this issue soon.
