I am having a problem with my bank and I don't know where else to turn. I am getting hit with nsf charges on transactions that clearly show there is money in my account to cover them. I have tried contacting them numerous times and they give me a story about taking all "pending" transactions and setting money aside for "future" transactions and that is their policy.
So far they have turned my account into a mess and have charged me over $450 in nsf fees. What I don't understand is I have printed my statement and it clearly shows the money available - the transactions being paid with that money - and then the nsf charges for those exact transactions. What are my options at this point?
