We bought 3 commercial washers from laundry company.
We spent about $10,000 for the washers.
But after we received the washers, we noticed that the washers are broken due to the specific part is not working properly.
Tech. person came and told us that it need to be fixed in order to work, the guy told us it will cost us $500 for the washer's parts and $600 for the labor ( for each washers). It comes down to $3,300.

Now we tried to get in toch with the salesmen, we can not because the guy who I talked to keep changing the time when the salesmen comes back.

The washers are sitting in our store and taking up our space and does nothing.

We are getting upset .

What should we do?

I assume the washers are new. Depends on how you want to go. This is covered under Article 9 of the UCC so you can read up on it. You need to put everything in writing and send it CRRR. You can rescind your acceptance and have the washers returned and get a refund, hopefully. Or you can give them reasonable notice to cure and if they do not have the washers fixed , fix them yourself and then sue in small claims.

If they are used, it depends on the agreement.
