Product review website question

Hi there, I'm thinking of creating a product review website like a restaurant or hotel review website. I am wondering if I need permission from each indivitual company to list their information on my website. The information would limit itself to public details found on Yellow Pages such as company name, phone number, address, etc.

But is it mandatory to have permission if no using any trademarks, logos, etc?

Public information is not subject to copyright - compilations are. For example, anyone can walk up and down the street and provide the facts as to what business is at what address. However, if someone puts together a special list of certain hotels and ordered in a special way it might be subject to copyright.
