I made a purchase from a seller on ebay for $950. I did not receive the tickets I paid for. For reasons I won't get into here my only recourse is to sue the seller in small claims court.
The seller lives in Michigan. At the time of the transaction I lived in Indiana. I now live in Colorado. Can I file a small claim in a Colorado court? If not where would be the proper jurisdiction?
