I received a ticket for 70 in a 55 while driving a company truck. Should I see the ADA for a reduction or go to court and ask for a prayer for judgment? I have never been to court and do not know the procedure. I have requested a copy of my record from DMV. What to do next?

I would go see the ADA and try to negotiate for a 9mph ticket. If he won't go for that, use your PFJ. You only get one per household every three years.
