Property Damage by juvenile and reimbursement.

My 7 year old is charged with felony property damage. The homeowners have received a check from thier insurance company. The insurance pressured the homeowners to press charges. My question is if we will have to reimburse the insurance company for the claim amount?

Yep, probably. The insurance company is going to want to recoup their losses, especially with a crime.
