My wife decided to leave over a year and a half ago and move to another state. We just had a court date recently where the judge in her state awarded her my bedroom suit, TV, DVD player, one of our dogs, one of our four wheelers, and many other things that she has already replaced at her new home. She has been gone for over a year and a half, surely she has not been sleeping on the floor this entire time. She has obviously gotten herself a new bedroom, as I'm sure she has purchased a TV. I understand dividing things, but if she is awarded these items from our house, I WILL be left with no TV to watch and no bed to sleep in. How is this allowed considering she is the one that took it upon herself to up and leave so long ago?? She walked away from the house and has had no part in the upkeep of it since. I am paying monthly child support for our son. How is she entitled to take these things from me, when she has obviously found a way to "re-supply" her new home with all of these things?? She even bought another four-wheeler for our son for his new home there. Why should I have to send her the one from up here?? Doesn't he need one for when he comes to see me?? Some of this stuff her state's judge ruled on just seems ludicrous to me.

Please help!
