My parents are now both deceased. They had a joint living trust and each had a will. They left all assets to their children. Two sons, and two daughters. I am one of the daughters. We all live in California. I am the successor trustee. My parents assets, except for their house, have been distributed evenly amongst my siblings. We have no issues with one another.

My sister is now living in my parents' house, which is not the problem. I want to put the house in all our names and don't know what is the correct procedure and forms required to do so.

Can someone help me with this?

You deed it from the trust to the four of you as tenants in common and watch the fur start to fly. It will be much better if the one living in the house can take out a loan and buy out the others.

When you say, "you deed it from the trust," what paperwork do I need to do? Is there a form that I should use? If it is a form, where would I get that?
