Hi I recently seperated from my fiance and we are no longer going to get married. However, we have already purchased several properties together (approx 5). Many of the properties were put in his mother's name. However, I have managed them; my name is on the leases for tenants but not on the deed for the house. I have also personally paid for much of the closing costs, repairs, etc. I am trying to severe all ties with this family and feel that I am taking a major financial loss. Is there anything that i can do legally to try to resolve this matter, without losing all of the money I have invested?
