My daughter purchased a house and my husband and I are co-owners of the house. She got married after purchasing the house; however, they have separated and he has moved out. He left items in the house and has recently parked a car in the garage. Now my daughter is moving into an apartment and we would like to rent the property out. My question is, what can I do legally to remove her husbands property? She has given him verbal warning to come and get his property but he has not done it.
