Ok ill try to explain this as easy as i can. I just went to court on 5/13 and everything was final. here is the question i have. we had two cars he kept one and i did no problem there, but due to the gross difference in our wages i was unable to pay my payment so it got repo. He i would have to say went and refinanced the car after it was repo. Now what i want to know is since i was awarded the car in the divorce if im intitled to it even though i lost it and then she took it back i was awarded to me in the divorce. please help thanks in advance

Your divorce was final on 5/13, and your car was repossessed on 5/14?

Seems to me that you lost the car, and your ex bought it back, but you can certainly ask your lawyer.
