My husband and I had our final divorce hearing oct 7 2013. Present on this day were myself (self represented after 3 attorneys) my husband, his attorney and the court appointed GAL.
Outside the courtroom the four of reached an agreement and presented it to the judge. His attorney said she would draft the proposed divorce decree which she did. I did not agree to her proposed order and we could not settle the dispute. She wrote the Judge a letter stating that I did not agree and submitted it along with the drafted order.
I have tried contacting her and the GAL as both of them said we would keep touch and try to work something out...of course ive had no response.
I finally reached the clerk of court who told me the divorce decree was signed on 11-4-13.
Is there a way to dispute this?
