prostitution in rental condo

I have been anonymously informed that my tenant is conducting prostitution in the condo she rents from me.
Her "ad" on a popular web site was sent to me in the anonymously sent email. The informer's "buddy" used her services. I do not know if this person would be willing to come forward as a witness should I need for an eviction.
What are the legal ramifications for me as owner & how is it best for me to proceed with this tenant? I do not condone this activity & want it to stop or the tenant has to leave.

Unless you have more than a nameless email you do nothing! You can discuss the email theme with your tenant and go on record with tenant that if this is true its violation of rental agreement and tenant could be asked to leave.

Her "buddy" won't testify for you as he violated the law with her. He probably got into an argument with her and is getting her back. I personally would give the information to the cops both hers and his. Without proof that is all you can do.
