I am going through a protection order process and previously served a cease/desist letter to the individual. I sent one to her, her lawyer, and kept a digital copy. Since then my computer crashed and lost the digital copy. Is there a form I can fill out and request the copy from her lawyer before the protection order trial date to have it as evidence?
Thanks,

A C&D isn't legally binding to begin with.

It has no legal bearing on the situation.

I aware of that, I am just trying to get as much information as possible that she was advised to stop contacting and making threats. This way it is more information to show a protection order is needed.

The protection order case is coming up soon and I wanted a copy for my documentation, along with proof to the judge. Just looking at how to obtain that copy her lawyer was sent since my digital copy is no longer available. I am assuming I can not just walk in to her lawyers office and say "I would like a copy of what I gave you before" and she would hand it over.

Sorry, let me try again.

It will not serve as proof of anything really - because you can very easily fake one and say you handed it over. Go ahead and ask her attorney though.
