I was involved in a 4 year relationship with a woman who at the end of the relationship filed a protective order against me. I never assaulted her nor threatened to do so. Her fear was that I could expose her involvement in a BDSM lifestyle and she would lose her friends and family. Her intent was to use the Protective Order as a means of enforcing a Gag order that she would not have been granted in a civil court. Her attorney asked for a Confidentiality Agreement since nothing in her testimony indicated any form of violence towards her in any way shape or form. I agreed to this and the protective order was dismissed. Immediately after we left the court her and her new "girlfriend" posted on various social networks "We Won" "Victory" "Home Run" thus indicating that the entire intent of their filing this criminal charge was to obtain a gag order. Knowing they filed a false charge with no support to justify a Protective Order, what recourse do I have to hold her accountable for trying to "circumvent" the intent of the Protective Order and use it for her own personal means?

Those statements prove nothing.

You agreed to signing a confidentiality agreement. That's really the end of it.
