My ex is showing up at my job and calling with outragoues accusations in efforts of having me fired. I filed for a restraining order but it was denied. Is there a law in FL that states that its against the law to commit such acts?

Why was the order denied?
Is your employer taking any action against you as a result of the accusations?
What are the accusations?

I dont know why it was denied.

I have been keeping my boss informed as to what has been going on so she didnt feed into anything my Ex spoke about or was accussing me of however, I can still lose my job over what my Ex is doing.

My ex has called my employer, child protective services and has also requested a court date for a restraining order under the accusations that I abuse my older son, I have violent tendencies, made threats to commit harm to him and my son, have threatened to kidnap my son, etc etc. Which none of it is true!....

How can I protect myself (legally) from this unnecessary drama?

You've done all you can do.
Keep ignoring him.
If he keeps causing disturbances, your employer will have him arrested for disorderly.
You just need to avoid him and ignore him.
