PTI program length

I was recently charged with 3rd degree felony (Grand Theft). I turned myself in to the police depart and return the money that was stolen. I was later arrested after being question. My attorney submitted a PTI application in my behalf. So here's my question...

1. How long does it take to be accepted to the program. ( I have no priors )

2. How long does this program last before its dismissed? Restitution has been paid already.

3. Would you recommend doing the Shoplifting Class before its mandated?

I suggest you wait until your attorney or the court contacts you.
You have an attorney to protect your rights.
It's very foolish to discuss any aspect of your case with ANYONE, except your attorney.
If you're antsy, you should communicate ONLY with your attorney about any legal matters.
Last, but not least, if I were you; I'd do nothing unless instructed or approved by the court.
