I am being charged with public urination. Do I have to register as a sex offender if I am found guilty or plead guilty?

You should plead NOT guilty, admit to anything, confess to anything, simply remain silent about the entire matter.
You have the RIGHT to remain silent.
You should hire a lawyer, or inquire of the court if you are eligible for a public defender.
Now this is important, because you possibly can be adjudged to be a sexual offender for this type of offense.
So, don't plead guilty or admit to anything unless you consult and then retain a Nevada licensed lawyer!!!!

Ok cool thanks. I have to go down to the court house in the morning to check in with them for something im not sure what though.

Before you go, better get more bail together. Sometimes they sweat, browbeat you for more information. Be prepared for magic tricks and scare tactics.
