Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Pulled over by insufficient cause

We were pulled over because the officer said we were yelling out our windows, we were actually playing music with the windows up and we were in heavy traffic going through san marcos (known for corrupt cops). We had beer in the car and my driver passed the sobriety test and I got an OC & MIP. I was the only one sent to jail because I was calling to cop out on his reason for pulling us over; stupid me. Is there anything I can really do to get out of paying fines in TX since we were pulled over by insufficient cause?

Based on the post above, there were sufficient facts to pull you over: "...we were actually playing music with the windows up...." You were violating a noise ordinance.

It is the rare defendent who can prove the police had insufficent cause...that only happens in the movies with lawyers like Perry Mason, Matlock, or Shark.
