I purchase lighting at a light store 11/30 and paid in full.  I asked them if they could hold the lights until March during my construction, they agreed. The store moved to a new location in December.  I called in February about picking up some of the lights.   They told me they were either in transit or should ship in a week or 2.  I called again, and again more excuses.  Finally the owner admitted they forgot to order the lights and they just ordered them when I called.   I received some of the lights, I have 2 chandeliers and ceiling fan at about $1600 remaining.  They keep telling me they are on back order or they had to change vendors.   I called weekly, a week ago I called and the phone kept ringing, I went to the store and a sign on the door said out of business.  The note gave the cell phone and email of the owner and he said he would fulfill orders pending.  I have emailed and called 2 times each with no response.  What can I do?
