Two months ago I broke up with my ex-girlfriend. I wanted to post a sex video she made for me awhile back when we were dating on the internet. Is it legal for me to do, or can I do it because I am now in possession video? Would she be able to retaliate by suing me, or is it something she will just have to live with?

You know the answer to this question.

Don't do it, just don't do it!

This isn't a matter of is it legal, it's a matter of is it right. You know it isn't right. Can she sue you? Sure she can. Will she win? Ask yourself a question, do you want to be in front of 12 adults (men and women) trying to explain that you were right in posting that video? I didn't think so.

Like Army said, Don't do it. Be an adult and end the relationship with some class. If she didn't; be bigger than her. I'm doing legal work for someone right now who was in your position. Save up your money, someone like me is going to want your money to defend you when you get sued for doing something childish.

It isn't worth it.
