I gave my employer notice that I was resigning my position in six business days. I emailed my resignation while I was out of the office to my boss, and CC: the President, and the CFO.

The following day when I returned to the office I noticed that my chair which is fairly new and very comfortable had been replaced. This within itself seemed noting more than an annoyance considering the replacement chair is very old, worn, and uncomfortable. I came to learn that the CFO had taken my chair to use as the "guest" chair in her office.

I am a manager in the company and the CFO, with whom I do not directly report to have never seen eye to eye. I see her actions as harassment and want to do what ever is legally justifiable to leave my employment immediately as I see this situation as the beginning of six days of harassment,

Thank you,

There is no harassment here...

Nothing you have posted is even in the same ball park with illegal harassment.
