If a car dealership in nevada sells me a car that cant pass smog and they didnt tell me about it, can I get the contract voided and get my money back?

Have you contacted the dealer about this? As I understand it the dealer is required to certify the vehicle before they can sell it. The dealer is likely in the hook for any repairs. Find out what they have to say if you haven't already. They should be able to provide the certificate. It's valid for 90 days.

Yes,they know. When I first got the car, they told me to drive it around for a few days and bring it back to them to smog it. I did that and it still wouldnt pass smog. They told me to leave the car with them and they would take it to a tuner shop and have them fix it. It was suppose to only take a day or 2 but it took almost a month. They couldnt get it to pass smog. So when I ask for my down payment money back, they tell me the sale is final and they cant do anything about it. They keep trying to tell me they will fix it but its been over a month now. Thats why I need to know what my options are here. This whole situation is shady

If the dealer won't cooperate then you should waste no time contacting an attorney. You will need legal assistance to get this undone, but it seems the law is on your side.
Uber the circumstances you describe, the dealer is flat out wrong that they can't do anything. They could not legally sell you the vehicle to begin with and won't be able to produce a smog certification to prove it.
Car dealerships have assets, so you might not need a lot of money up front to get the help you need. Contact a couple attorneys and proceed with one you trust.

You can also file a complaint with the Nevada dealer licensing division. They may be able to help you at no cost.
