last year my ex wife and i came to an agreement that she would get my son and i would get my daughter we both signed it and it was awaiting final judgement by the judge in the case. just like every other time we have came to an agreement before the case goes to final she tells her lawyer to stop working on it and we just wait until she finds a new lawyer to drag this process out again. this has gone on since 2007. up until this time she never calls or barely calls to talk to my daughter and now she is calling every day two or three times a day asking her not me and my wife if she can go up there even though she is in summer school and cheerleading. my daughter told her we were going to orlando for the fourth of july and she tells her yea right your not going there in such a way it made my daughter who is 8 with autism cry. just a few weeks ago child services shows up saying there is a case against my ex wife and her grandfather involving my son. so my question is with my concerns and the fact that nothing has been done by her or the courts is this document enforceable and what are my rights concerning the issue?
