Question about Deeds

If a deed reads that a trust is party of the first part and a husband and wife are party of the second part does this mean that the trust has 50% interest? and the husband and wife have the other 50%? because the husband died (joint tendency) so the wife would get his 25%
so now she has 50% and the trust has 50% am I correct or am I wrong. This deed for property has been sold so I need to know if 50% of the proceeds went into the trust or if she got it all.

Without seeing the documents it is impossible to say for sure. From what you are telling me, the "first" and "second" parts are pretty clear and if assumed they are equal and without other terms to the contrary it would appear you assume correctly.
