Is it true that a worker cannot sell alcohol if his or her ID is NOT facing sideways even though that person is 21 years of age?

Regarding the answer to this question, I have no idea. I don't know why your ID picture would be facing sideways. Perhaps the answer is that if it was facing sideways it would be deemed a fake? How did this issue arise?

Instead of the ID (It's not my ID) facing left to right, it's facing up and down, like when you get it if you are under 21. But when the person turns 21 she got denied of alcohol, why is that?

Probably because the person needs a new ID when they turn 21, hence, that UP and DOWN license is invalid. . .
