I own a mobile home that sits in a mobile home park - I pay rent on the lot it is on. I was 3 months behind in the rent until today when I paid the landlord one month. I gave her my entire check. When I gave her the rent she told me I had until Tuesday of next week to pay the balance or she would evict me. I do not get paid again for another 2 weeks. What can I do? Can she evict me if I am trying to pay the rent?

What state do you live in?
In some states, if a landlord accepts even partial payment for rent, the tenant cannot be evicted.

3 months behind and you just now paid for one month!? You best find some options soon as I see an eviction in your future. I do agree with Gail (usually do) though. Your state is important.
