(Harris County, Texas)I know someone who served time and was released from TDC in November 2005 and given probation until November 2007. She was checking in and doing everything right until September 2007 when she stopped reporting to her PO and went in hiding. She's intending on getting treatment from a substance abuse program, but she knows she has to turn herself in also. How much time would she have to sit in jail or would she only have to sit for the time of probation she had left until she messed up(2 months)? I believe her initial charge was a felony, if that helps.
