Question about the legality of chat

I live in Nevada.

I chat online in chat rooms involving simulated, "consensual" rape. (I am not looking for judgement or approval; if that is all you have to say, and cannot help with my legal issue, please don't reply.) I struck up a conversation speaking with someone in what I thought was the rhetorical, a fantasy. I later learned that he practices this in real life, in the non-consensual fashion. He lives in Florida.

Now, I am going to alert the authorities, but I am afraid that they will raid his computer and try to proscecute me as well, for having chatted with him (along with anyone else who may have chatted with him). What laws are there regarding what can and cannot be discussed in chat? And can a raid on his computer and his conversations be tied back to me anyway? Wouldn't they need the search warrant for my computer?

Any help would be appreciated.

As long as minors are not involved, the First Amendment protects whatever perversity you may wish to indulge in.
