question about towing ?.

Hi,

I have a question that my friends and i are a little confused about. If for say a towing company does tow your car for what ever reasons and damages it like its an AWD or a Front Wheel and they tow it damaging the E-brake, are they responsible for the damages ?..

Yes but you will probably have to take them to court.
