My fiance (who is a lawyer) filed paperwork two years ago for an uncontested divorce (his ex left in 2001).
From the time he filed, two years ago, until now she got a brain tumor. Now she goes for chemo. Well he didn't include the stipulation of the divorce (I think that's what he called it) and asked her to sign it. Well she won't sign it. She's afraid to.
He keeps telling me that this is a formality. I'm getting annoyed about the whole thing already.
What can he do about this?
