Question on credit card

My wife has had problems with one of her credit cards. She has not received a statement in quite a while. She has contacted the company several times to give them our new address and phone number. They have not called, sent a statement, or tried contacting her in any way. Is there anything we can do to make them work with us to get this taken care of? Her credit rating is taking a beating right now, and they seemingly refuse to correspond with her in any way.
 
Call the company again and talk to a manager, get the name and start noting everything tell them you need to pay the acct -- and you must have the statments ASAP -- some companies let you go to the website and view them that way-- try that too
 
Why have you not been paying?
