I was wondering what to do, if there is anything legal to do. My wife recieved a parent plus loan when my daughter was going to college. In 2005 I filed for disability on the loan and they granted it and in I needed to send an earning statement to them and I had moved and didn't get the letter until 3 months later, they got the statement in March of 07 and the disability department still has not recieved the loan back, and in the mean time they are going to start garnishing my RR retirement, what can i do?

Since you did not comply with the rules, I am not sure there is much you can do.

However, ask your questions of the folks who are doing this to you.
