I have a question i need to know. I worked for a guy for 2 weeks then he fired me .before i got fired an employee gave me a roll of pipe to do a job when iwas done there was about 10 ft left.he asked me to bring it back i agreed.i did not make it 3 days later as said.by5th day was calling me saying was gonna press charges me words were exchanged he stated when i got there he would be there and we could settle it.to avoid a confrentation i did not go that day.needless to say i havent returned the scraps.it has been 3 weeks.today i received a call from police stating i had a felony warrant for larceny and i needed to turn myself in.i had planned on returning just havent had the time or money to make a special trip out there.but realy it is pretty much trash cause its not long enough to use again.or have any salvage value as it being aluminum.also i am trying to obtain tades men lic through va dpor,
this is gonna keep me from obtaing till resolved .basicaly i didnt steal any thing or try to defraud anyone were do i stand legaly.can i press charges false arrest,can i sue him for this it is gonna cost me money and my arrest as well keep me from obtaing lic
