hello,i was areested in 2006 for a . I have an adjudication withheld for MISDEMEANOR on my reccord. That same year i entered a rehabilitation program that i went to by my choice. If I do try and find an attorney judge would I be able to then set aside my adjudication and allow me to re-enter your plea of no contest only withhold adjudication this time.
