An employee verbally attacked, threatens, disrespected and also tried to intimidated and provoke me and got personal. She is a bully. She cliames I hit her. I have witnesses that i did not. We have a meeting with our boss next week, we are alowed to bring a reprsentitive. She is a union member, who will represent her. My father is a lawyer but do not know about my situation. I would like to record the meeting with everyone agrees to give to my grandfather in case I need to use it. I'm clean so I have no worries but i want to be safe than sorry. Can I record the meeting and do I have to provied everyone with a copy?
